Hmm, land appropriation policy, I have not thought about that and what it does.

But isn't it pretty a "get free pops" policy choice? I thought there would usually be no point in turning it off (unless you really don't want to keep xeno planets)
Wait does land appropriation create pops out of thin air???

I noticed that on each planet, I more or less immediately get two ruler pops and then a bunch of specialist pops taking over the vacated planetary administration and other building jobs, and this TOTALLY tanks my economy. Consumer goods demand skyrockets, economic credits goes way deep into red, and I am now facing deficits that no amount of food and rare resource sales can fix.
1) There is the "Disable" button as well as "Demolish" for each bulding Don't be afraid to use it.
