[Fan Site Material] Which Content Can Be Used and on Which Conditions?

This question just popped to my mind while thinking about fan sites.

What is the Paradox and/or Colossal Order view on using pictures/other material found on the official Cities in Motion website?

I was specifically thinking the game case cover found at http://citiesinmotion.staging.searc...ault/files/cim_packshot_2D_esrbe_cd_hires.jpg

Using such art at least in the beginning would be vital when any actual content on the site (pre-release) is pretty scarce.

Naturally the page is non-profit (Google or similar ads to cover the eventual server maintenance costs) and it's no problem including any copyright notice at the bottom of the page, such as ~"All game art Copyright 2010-11 Colossal Order" etc.

Just asking so Paradox/CO wouldn't a send team of barryzuckerkorns or (even worse) bobloblaws after me...
