I changed succesion law to primogeniture from gavelkind and:

- my vassals are angry with me(-20 rel. hit) as usual, but family members don`t care, no rel. hits because of changed law.

WAD or bug?

I tried it with Vanilla, HIP, and HIP + YPC (last version not the new one). My younger sons are vehemently upset, and the rest of the family has a -5 for having Primogeniture. So it seems to be working in my tests.
Have you tried reloading the game and seeing if it still has no effect?

Hi,

IIRC loading a save has no effect on that. The thing is that also the mothers of those affected by law change used to be outraged, but not anymore.
