Family members bug?

I saw some members of some Roman family in other countries list family list and vice versa.
For example: Some Scipio is is mfamily member of Achaean league, and some other roman dude is governor of one Cartage province.
One barbarian (Celtic group) name Tingomarus Divicid is dux of Umbria.
How is that possible??

Those are captured agents that the country threw in irons, and later changed sides. If you have prisoners some of them might change to your side, too.
