When starting a new game (I'm using CK2 + Ruler Designer though the issue appears regardless of whether I have it checked or what mods I use) I get notification of open council positions. Sure enough, when I open my council window all the seats are empty. But when I go through my court I see that I've got people with the titles of Chancellor, Marshall, Steward, etc. If I immediately save and reload the game, presto, my council pane no longer shows me that all the seats are empty, but are now showing as in fact being filled. So it's a minor issue that requires me to save and reload the game whenever I start a new playthrough but I'd like to not have to do that.
I don't know if this is a common issue (I did a ctrl+f search through the "Known Issue" thread and no issues related to the council came up), but if it is, I'd like to know if there's a fix for it.
