You can make the Nations like the New Church a nation with poor IC,because there are in a Rad desert area :O
Even with the IC they have, they dont usually survive very long seeing as nations around them declare war on them PLUS they have their own internal problems to deal with which weaken them considerably. You can make the Nations like the New Church a nation with poor IC,because there are in a Rad desert area :O
Robot Nations still fall around 2254 and final war.
Also, I want a new font that suits Fallout but which is not as wide as the current font.
It seems the original FODD is being given away free... check out: http://www.strategyinformer.com/new...y-original-fallout-for-free-for-next-48-hours

For example, someone spotted some errors in the events related to reuniting pre-War US states. So I am going through all of them to ensure they are accurate to the current map and adding more effects to them. This means it is now more significant to reconquer a former US state and it is a worthy war goal.
What I've found is that the bonus of some supplies and materials isn't really worth the effort, as if you get to the point where you can actually unify a state (especially some of the better ones), you constantly have a surplus anyway (as my NCR game I think I end up with an equal amount of "Barter" units and actual units).
Also, don't forget about fixing Data Centers (make them placeable!).
