Storyline
Ok, as I was confronted with a little criticism abbout my early proposal off storyline: I would like to ask first ,what do you want from storyline??
Now I think that nobody has a firm concept of it, so lets discuss me proposal now:
What i would like to see is that we start the game after Fallout 2.
As HoI2 is mainly a war-game I wouldnt like to see events like: add_cor etc. from nowhere.
i would like to construct a serious plot for all the nations involved.
My proposal is based on my previous one.
What I would like to see is a series of events that will introduce each goals of nations to him, in first few years of play/months doesnt matter now.
Those events would be different for biggest nations, and the same for minors (but different for each species).
So the start with:
Majors that will receive they own special events will be:
Human:
NCR/Vault City/New Reno/BoS/Shi Empire
Ghouls:
Gecko/Necropolis
Mutants:
Mutants
and:
Enclave
Robots
That gives us 10 major event lines ,and other nations will receive minor ones
Now to the storyline:
Thats just a first thoughts and major goals for nations:
Will start with ghoul ones:
Gecko - willing to ally with necropolis to create one ghoul nation. Gecko will be trying to dominate energy trade all over America, it will try to develop technology, to make ghouls stronger then humans, and to be capable of defending itself from Vault City.
Prons: Very well developed industry techs, lots of energy
Cons: Very weak armyquick look at politics:
isolacionism 5
open society 6
free market 5
Necropolis - trying to rebuild itsef after reparing the generator, will be trading many resources too, strong isolacionism policy, not willing to take part in international community. Will try to defend itself from raiders, or human attacks.
Prons: lots of water, very low IC points level
Cons:Very weak military techs
isolacionism 2
open society 2
free market 3
That s my first propsals, lets think of those two first, then lets move to next ones, after discussion i will post next countries.
