Your problem is pretty obvious: You don't have enough science production. Around year 70 I'd expect something like 150-200 science income per category with an empire of your size.
Build more labs and turn your biggest planet into a science world (Empire Capital + T5 labs).

There's a science planetary edict? I was so hoping there would be one, I'm absolutely dying to use it all over my empire. What's the requirements?

For fleet I more comfortable using just Corvette because of evasion, and separate them with 4 type.
In 1 fleet I will assign 25% for PD, 25% for torpedo and another 50% for close range battle, I will balance my my shield and armor.

So far I can win wit minimal casualties.
That will change pretty fast once you face larger ships on the enemy side.You'll find that the higher Damage Reduction in combination with bigger HP easily outclass corvettes in terms of combat power. Plus the range advantage that your enemy will have due to L-size slots.

Wait I thought while you were scanning debris your tech points got saved into the tech bank?
Some projects require sience (duration depends on your output). Others halt your research, but you can stockpile up to one year of science which will then (iirc) be used slowly over time, doubling the science input in a tech while there is still points left in the stockpile.

Maybe yes, because I haven't reach end game yet, starting to go to mid game.
As a point of reference: I consider Battleships as the tech that ends the mid game and opens the late game. With a decent buildup (and decent luck) you should unlock them around year 50 (sometimes earlier, sometimes later, depending on RNG).

Well, that's with a science-focused tall build. You can obviously take it slower if you want to.

GAGA's way of doing it is a bit, overkill. Not necessarily wrong by any means but you don't really need to play like that especially when playing single player or with friends. It does give a good reference points where random multiplayer will end up at though.
Indeed. In a competetive MP game it's also much harder to pull of that strategy because of rushing and the general need for bigger fleets. There is a lot of groupthink involved.
