Hello, I cannot run HOI3 as I am receiving this error upon starting the game. My specs are as follows:

Windows 8.1
64-bit Operating system, 64x-based processor
Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz

Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 -- Intel iCORE i7
NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M

Please help me. :)
