Does it matter at all if you locate factory that produce goods for each other in the same state, ie building an explosives factory in the same province as an artillery factory?

Or should you just build factories where you have free clerks/craftmen?

mainly it doesnt really matter,as long as you have the pops to work and resources going there and a path for the finished product to get home, however if its an impotant factory, try to keep it in a safe spot, ie dont build the artilery factory at the border, build the glass one there.

i try to have themed provences if i can, so its easier to remember whats where in a large country in a hurry. why you would have to? who knows:p it just sounds good
