Okay so I'll start with the first thing. Apparently at some point (and I missed it) your state diplomacy opinion modifier became halved of your state diplomacy. Has this always been the case and I just don't recall? I swear I thought state diplomacy used to transfer directly into opinion.
Secondly, the rebellions and factions are stupid annoying. Not because I hate large scale but because it seems to require someone to have +80 opinion for them to drop from the faction. They can have a -10 opinion of the leader and a +60 opinion of you, nope gonna rebel. This is borderline retarded. My ruler doesn't even like his spouse or children that much, most of the time. On top of that, I realized that the de jure people I can just let them go and revassalize them without any loss of anything. Seriously though, if they have ZERO issue with revassalization, then they shouldn't be trying to declare independence, that is an absolute stupid absurdity. I can also pick to war the really unruly fuckers and take all their land. Kinda silly, really.
