Factions can't start wars bug.

Whenever a faction tries to go to war to install their claim nothing will happen. This goes both; actions trying to install claims against me, and me trying to install claims against others. I have a set of pictures for the latter.

First you might want to register your game second yeah I have had this issue as well factions will threaten me I say bring it and then nothing happens. And now that I think about it I haven't seen as many civil wars lately but I see tons of kingdoms go elective without fighting.

Its nice to not have to deal with all those rebellions lol but now I can't install myself as king of France :/.
