As a faction leader am I able to tell my subordinate faction members any/all/none of the following:

I’m Germany in this example

“Italy, focus on building tanks & equipment. On 12/12/40 attack this highlighted part of Yugoslavia.”

“Romania, focus on building armor and fortifications these highlighted provinces. On 12/12/40 attack this highlighted part of Yugoslavia.”

“Greece, focus on building armor and infantry. On 12/12/40 naval blockade these highlighted ports of Yugoslavia.”

How much if any ability will a faction leader have over their faction subordinates in HOI4?

Is there a way (by using this as an example) that I as the German leader could have influence over other faction leaders to have them build, attack, garrison, transport etc. for the greater good of the faction or does a faction leader have no direct influence over subordinate faction members.

Is there or could there be a request/demand made by any faction leader of any potential new member wanting to join as to how much control the faction leader will have over this particular subordinate?
"Dear Ruler Italy is requesting to join our faction. What are your requirements?
(Check all that apply)
Control of Italian Navy
Control of Italian Army
Control of Italian Air Force
Control of Italian Industry
Control of Italian Infrastructure
ETC.

Thank you

That's not how the factions of this period worked though, Italy's forces and political goals caused some difficulties for Germany while I recall several instances of Romanian troops on the Eastern front not obeying German directions meanwhile Japan had virtually no coordination with the European Axis beyond vague promises of mutual war with the United States. The UK and US were probably the two most entwined partners of the war and neither of them had anything resembling control of the other's production lines. The UK even had problems directing Australia to deploy troops so the level of control over faction members asked for here is highly implausible.
Basically we're playing as one country, not our entire faction. If you can control the entirety of your faction members armies, navies and production you almost have much control over them as your own country.

That would be cool. Unfortunately you can't do that with puppets much less with faction members. Would be cool if you could do something along those lines with a puppet state. Faction members are less likely to do something so specific.
