This should really be fixed. The holy roman emperor just put down a rebellion by the coalition of the duke of Savoy. The latter still had some 10,000 men standing around he got via event and they don't disband after the rebellion ended. Now these 10,000 attritionless men belong to the empire which he uses to put me in jail for no reason whatsoever.
For me, the King of Italy, these 10,000 men makes the difference. I could win the war if they didn't exist. They should not exist in the first place because it's an immersion killing randomness for some vassal to get thousands of troops out of thin air and at the least they should dissappear after the end of the rebellion.

Why does an automatic war after evasion of imprisonment count as an offensive war? If the emperor wants to come over the alps and imprison me without reason my fellow Italian vassals should not get pissed about defending their homeland.
