Totalitarian Faction:
All species must have "Stratified" or "Academic Privilage" living standard or they will have -10 happiness. But robots cannot have those living standards if aren't granted full rights so this faction will always -10 happiness.

Progressive Faction:
All species must not have migration control enabled or they will -10 happiness, but robots cannot have their migration control disabled, so this faction will always -10 happiness.
Population control must be disabled or they will -20 happiness, but with population control disabled, you cannot specific which type of robot to assemble on your planets. If you want to specific it anyway, this faction will always have -20 happiness.
