Hi there. I'm playing a custom count with high diplomacy, and I am now the chancellor for the Kingdom of Tara. Being my liege's chancellor, the game gives me an event that says I fabricated a claim for my liege in a neighboring land (Hy Many), but then nothing happens. The event fired 6 times within a year, but in each and every time nothing happens. Is this normal? Apologies for the noobish-sounding question. I've only spent 2 weeks with CK2.
