It has 0 6 6 in those province bonuses, not 666.
It does have a left-hand icon, whatever that's to represent.
Whoever designed that dynasty badge probably used the Nazi eagle with the sharp cut corners leading into the outstretched wings. Modernist aesthetic.
Maybe not cursed, but swiftly catching up to Enlightenment ideology no doubt which has been a curse on Europe for over a millenia.
