As you can see, within the DNA data of a character, certain "expression" values are there that can modify various expression/wrinkles on the face, as I demonstrated in these screenshots.
Although, there aren't any sliders or modifiers to do that currently within the ruler designer itself. Without manually ediitng the DNA, you can only get such wrinkles on your character's face either through randomization, or by aging them by which they inevitably get wrinkles.
It adds flavor to the character's looks and personality, but the DNA editing route is tedious and doesn't seem as obvious. Hopefully Paradox considers adding sliders/modifiers for it.
