did calculations. biggest exploit i ever encountered. upgrade chain MIL -> INF-> MOT-> MECH will save you 40% of IC/D. sooo. if i build 5 regular MECH, from scratch. or i build 7 MECH the upgrade way. same cost. almost the same for every upgrade. MIL -> INF about 35% save. CAV -> LARM/ARM/HARM 30-35%. thats like, alot. dont you guys think that it should be changed?

Splitting personnel training and hardware manufacturing would help. Retraining militia to full Inf-standards or training them to sit in trucks would realistically be a small deal. Building trucks would be a major deal. But I expect a dumb down rather than making it more realistic...

Read HoI4 DDs - nations will be producing individual tanks, planes etc.

So far, HoI4 appears to be much more reallistic and not at all "dumbed down"
