plz help me understand what ppl post.

PUs are definitely the way to go in the HRE, though. Zero infamy, free cores (and since cores are granted upon inheritence, not after like missions, you keep all the buildings in the provinces) and until you inherit them your junior partners are 100% reliable allies.

Force PU? I always hear about that but I don't understand how. Is that supposed to be royal marriages and claiming the throne of a country in regency?

no-force PU is when you go to war with claim throne/fabricate claims CB and enforce the PU in the peace treaty.

I never qutie understood how to declare war and get them into a PU... Any help there?

making a royal marriage and claiming throne gives you the claim on throne CB. using a spy in their capital to fabricate claims also gives a CB. use these CBs to start a war and you can force a PU in the peace treaty.
