If I can make a request for the next challenge: Give a time limit (for example: a week) and judge the winners on something like fastest in-game time.

I don't know about everybody else but mon-friday I have very very little time for EU3.

Although I never got around to doing the challenge, I think it would be an excellent idea to decide who moves on based on the date rather than who did it first.

Is there a decision to form the USA? Or do you just mean colonize all of North America with Lithuania?

Not in EU3. It's part of Oceania.

I agree in that you have to be more specific, the second and third requirements sound as the same, what exactly do you want us to do?

It's unclear whether everything has to be colonized, or if it's allow to let others settle much of it and then take it by force. It sounds like it might be sufficient to found a single colony, and get hold of the rest by any means necessary. This doesn't seem all that hard, especially compared to something like culture-converting Canada with Vijayanagar - whose primary culture happens to be Kannada.

Problem: None of the events actually force the USA to rebel(there is an event with an option you can choose to make it rebel). I guess we can simply release the USA and switch to them?

So you want us to:
colonize Canada, USA, and Mexico as Lithuania
Release and tag switch to the USA after 1750
Conquer all of Canada, Mexico, and the rest of the USA as the USA
?
