Yeah but who says it wont work? Sometimes games require that but if you're a bit creative, you can get it fixed.

Is that just in the demo, or will that be in the full game? I mean, why not, because there have been other games (Vicky, HoI1&2) that have allowed this.To change regiment names you must edit the save. I.e. you can't do it ingame.
