Just noticed I have several Hungarian core that are Expediationary forces to Germany. (I am Germany) They are always out of fuel by 2 am every morning although the rest of the german army have fuel. I checked Hungary and noticed they are buring all their coal and oil every morning for manufacturing.
When you have control of an expeditionary force their supplies and reinforcements always come from the country that controls them but it would appear the fuel is still coming from their home country.
