I'm Germany and am currently allied with Spain, Sweden (couped), Italy, Hungary, and Japan. Japan and Italy are doing their own thing and working well (Italy has all of africa basically and Japan is taking the netherlands islands above Australia), but Spain, hungary and Sweden are doing nothing but send me expeditional forces which i don't want. I try to give them back but they instantly send them back. Is there a way to prevent them from doing this, since its very annoying.

I'm not sure if this was in Doomsday, but in Armageddon there's an option in the diplomacy tab that says "expeditionary force" -- if you click it it should say "We do not want expeditionary forces from XXX". Click and confirm it, and they won't send them anymore.
Ooo yeah expeditionary forces are immensly annoying especially when they start to eat up your supplies 
. You're better off military controlling them, and that might stop the waves of allied troops eating up your supplies

Yeah, I hate managing other nations' divisions without having full command over them, especially since the AI never organizes their divisions together, and if they do it's like a Major General with 0 exp and no skill commanding 12 divisions =/
Not to mention, I just want to command my own troops. I don't want to be given 5/25 divisions of, let's say, Turkey and they control the other 20, yet won't do anything.
My advice to you, if you're allied country gives you forces that don't border your nation, just put those divisions in your command to Support Attack a province. Only thing I can cope with for the expeditionary forces.
