Expansion of Andalusia Expands Hispania, What?

As the ruler of Cordoba (I modded it into a castle) I was able to conquer all of Iberia (save for Northern Galicia[1]) North Africa, Sicily, Lower Italia, and Ireland. All of the duchies in the Kingdoms of the conquered regions became incorporated into the Kingdom of Andalusia. I was able to then create the Arabian Empire, but the whole of Andalusia is still under the Hispanic Empire which now incorporates the whole of North Africa, Ireland, and two-thirds of Italy. Why is that and why is the Kingdom of Andalusia not being incorporated into the Arabian Empire?

[1] That portion was divided between Castile and Galicia (one province each) in the hopes that both would be crushed by the Aztec invasions. They invaded Ireland, but I crushed them so sadly no Aztec Empire.

Do you have the empire of Hispania as your primary title?

No. I can't as a Muslim Andalusian is not allowed to create the Christian kingdoms. I created the Syrian, Mesopotamia, and Arabian Kingdoms to gain the Arabian Empire.

Mesopotamia is a Persian Empire title, Hispania only requires you be Andalusian or Iberian to create it. Change back to Andalusian if you want it.

I think Andalusia is part of the Hispanic Empire because that way you'll need most of Iberia to create that empire.

Is there no way to shift the Andalusian Kingdom away from Hispania Empire (Which I did not create) and into the Arabian Empire (Which I did create)?

Just hold all Andalusia lands for 100 years as emperor of Arabia.
