In the case of the land warfare article, only 2 of the 19 versioned sections are versioned to 1.7
All the rest are for 1.10 or newer.
Overall on the wikis there are only 5 pages with content older than 1.10; 3 with 1.7 content, and 2 with 1.10.
The wikis will sadly never be entirely up to date due to how wikis work; the vast majority of actual updating is done by volunteers.
At 25 263 edits I've got the most of any user by far, but most of that is organizational work, not adding/updating content, and it is across all the wikis, not just EU4. The EU4 Wiki alone has gotten 66 425 edits, so my time is better spent ensuring that the massive number of edits not done by me are useful, than trying to single-handedly update the wikis.
