Basically what the title says. CKII displays labels on people closely related to you, including parents, children, grandchildren and grandparents, siblings, uncles and aunt, nieces and nephews, and cousins (presumably first cousins?). Outside of those relationships, however, you just get the uninformative "kins(wo)man".

I'd love to see those family relationships labels expanded a bit to include things like grand-nephews and nieces, great aunts and uncles, second (and maybe even third) cousins, and things like "first cousins twice removed." CKII is great at letting you build up a huge dynasty, and I'd love it if I could see relations at a further degree than is possible now.

I like it but I think that once it reaches the "once removed" label it should just say kinsman/kinswomen like it currently does.

Looking at this from a year's perspective I'd agree with that. (First) cousin appears to be the furthest removed relation currently tracked at four degrees of separation, but even if we limit ourselves to that number we could still add great aunts/uncles/nephews/nieces.

Sorry for the necro but, has any work been done to incorporate this? (I'm assuming a mod.) Dynasties were huge in those times, and people of nobility were expected to know *exactly* how their various family members were related. So much so that they would recite it as memorization exorcises, so adding this table (to the full extent) would fit.
