Give an exp force to AI.... Once the AI reorganizes the army or the army is destroyed or the leader changes...

When you open leader panel from now on your game will spike cpu at 99% and slow down to a crawl until you close the leader panel the normal speed resumes.....

oh to make matters worse you cant select a leader for any army and you have to restart the game....

An interesting one. :)

I've been able to reproduce and fix the second issue (not able to change leader to any unit if the leader sent with the army to another country is in the available leaders list - that based on the leader filter options).
I expect that the fix will also solve the lag issue you have too, as the leaders list won't be forced to refresh anymore in the case above.
