When you go revolutionary your vassals stay as they were.

When you are revolutionary and create a new vassal they have revolutionary government.

Can we please have a subject interaction to change our vassals government form to revolutionary.

This! Playing as France, I've had a vassal (march) in Savoy for a damn long time (~200 years) that owns all of Italy, and with full intent to go revolutionary once the option presented itself, I was under the impression that forcing that govenment upon them would be an option. Instead, they are stuck with revolution spread to all their provinces, unable to get the revolution disaster as they are a subject.

Either flip all the existing subjects to sister republics once you either flip or are out of the disaster, or add a option to force the government upon them (with a logical opinion modifier to boot).

Why should i spread the revolution to other countries if my own vassals still keep kings and lords?

The new revolution system definitely needs some more work. In my last Morocco -> Andalusia playthrough, the center of revolution spawned in Moscow (that's never gonna catch on), and since I wanted to go revolutionary, I conquered the place. Since I already owned half the planet, it took a long time for the revolution to spread through my country, even though I kept conquering land with the revolution already present. When it reached about 16ish %, the event which despawns the center of revolution and all revolution spread fired.

If the revolution is supposed to help with WC, it's doing it wrong. This was supposed to be a WC attempt and I was already behind the curve, i.e. I had LESS land than expected for the revolution to spread through, and it still despawned before I even had a chance to become revolutionary.
