O !, the alleged JOYS of a Peace (Pieces ?) Treaty, I have some troops in territory snatched away from me at ports; how do i get them to my lands ??

I have attempted a regular A-to-B naval transport order, but I can't get a port-of-origin to LEAVE these ports . I may have to yell "FOX INDIA !!", and DW these ports; and be damned with the concequences .
FOUND IT !! You use STRATEGIC movement to recall 'exiled' troops, and then they haul mule !!
