So im really aggravated. i played as Byzantium and i saw a remove minority option with colonization. i assumed this means the minoritys would be moved to the new colony and that colony would have that culture. so i started moving Egyptians to Mexico. thought it would be fun, ironic, neat. anyways i got it to be a colony with simi self governancy only to find out that their primary culture is greek with no Egyptians at all. then i looked at a area were i was still moving colonist and noticed the new colony was turning Greek not Egyptian. ive looked all over for a console command to change the primary culture. NO EFFING COMMAND!!! WTF you change the rulers culture but not the country's. who the hell thought the rulers culture change was more important?
Anyways outside of that ranting, is it a bug that the exiling the egyptians didnt actually send egyptians?

I think it is a bug that the province to which you expel minorities gets your primary culture instead of the culture which you expel. Have a look in the bug reports forum to see if there are already bugreports about this topic and if there are none, you can make a new one.

I don't think that there is a direct command, but you could change the culture of the ruler and then use event culture_religion_events.22 to trigger an event which changes the culture of the country to that of the ruler. Or you could use a run file to trigger any effect which is possible in the game code.
