Hi devs, CO and Paradox
Since I started to play at C:S, I search an exhaustive manual of C:S, but nothing. The existing manual, approximatively twenty pages, is not enought.
When I say exhaustive, is "very exhaustive", a kind of manual who can explain, for example, how a citizen choose a tram, instead of a foot trip? How is calculate the land cost? Why a citizen choose to continue studies or not? ...
On the web there is lot of tutorials, but is they are alls based on empiric demonstration and so we cannot understand precisly what we must to do to achieve a goal.
Alls this informations are programmed, they exist, so it must be possible to share them.
I started to read the dev diary and I could learn some things. I read also the wiki but the updates are not ther priority visibly
At the time, SimCity 4 had is own detailed manual "Simcity 4: Prima's Official Strategy Guide", I know it was not a guide published by the editor Maxis, but it was also a imperfection of this game.
So, CO, Paradox, can you work hand in hand to produce this kind of detailed guide (We are in 2018 so the paper edition is not necessary) ?
Regards.
Ps. sorry for my english, I'm not english native speaker.
