Hello, i'm playing as France and got excommunicated by The Papal State, but since a year i'm the pope and i'm still excommunicated. Is there something i can do?

No... you either wait to ruler dies... Or you wait for someone else to become pope who likes you enough to lift it... Sadly... you can´t lift your own excom :-/
The only other option(I've heard) is that you can excommunicate someone you have a PU with, since you share the same ruler.
Or rather you lift it on that PU. No benefit from leaving yourself with the red name after all.
Really speaking the Papal Controller should just have it auto-lift but it is what it is.
god luck getting that through... it have been a thing since 1.2 or 1.3... when they changed how papacy worked ;-) sooo... a long time
I think the main issue is that it’s because lifting Excom is a diplomatic action.... and you can’t interact with yourself.
The simplest solution would just be to automatically lift excommunication upon gaining control of the pope
