Exchange Titles w/ Vassals & Revoke Duchy Title only.

Pretty simple. allow us to suggest / offer Titles in Exchange for other titles. so that we can easier manage our domain within dejure etc.

Instead of having to revoke a title for -80 for then to grant one back that only give 40.

De-jure ownership should matter in deciding if they accept or not, and if the title i have to offer is within their de-jure they should have a higher acceptance if the title i want is outside of theirs. (like county)


Also I want to be able to revoke the duchy title alone, without having to stip the guy of everything in the duchy.

Yeah it'd be cool if vassals were willing to trade non de jure titles for equivalent de jure titles. Making vassals who own eachothers equivalent titles could also be encouraged to trade.

These situations happen, especially with gavelkind.
