ruler needs to be able to lead capital region legion, consuls too. apart from that this new update is absolutely sick.

I agree, i currently have problem that i cannot atach anyone to my primary legion. I can give characters to navy command, but oneone to my primary legion.. :/ and it just stands without commander around..

You need to add commander(s) to your legion tab (next to the levy tab) and then attach a commander to your legion. No idea why they decided to do it this way.

Sadly your ruler can't lead legions which is odd considering kings/Roman consuls already lead their armies during that age.
