I don't know if someone has posted but in the space of a few minutes tons of people started dying in a village, no noise/air pollution, i have parks and emergency services everywhere nothing is worng and it put a lot of strain on my hearses making me no choice but to build more of them. i think this is a bug can someone please confirm or at least tell me whats wrong?

no, I believe it's just everyone dying at the same time. I believe that the citizens doesn't varies their life expectancy too much when you zone residential zones. (Ex: everyone will live for the next 26 years, then you must prepare your hearses because after 26 years, everyone will die at once. Not meaning that your pop will reach 0, but if you don't do anything, you'll start seeing abandoned buildings filling your city, then it's game-over.

Use your imagination, just imagine that your citizens caught Ebola or some biologic terrorist used his weapons against your city. Also verify if your sewage isn't polluting the water you're pumping.

I had the same thing happen to me at ~40k people. Turns out it was water pollution, even though I had ample hospital coverage, my pipe map didn't show any pollution, and the pollution map said I only had 12% water pollution. Swap out your cheap sewer drain pipes for water treatment facilities. That fixed my problem in short order.
