Replace "{username}" with whatever your user name on the computer is. (Get rid of the { } as well.)

C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Saves

That's on Win8.1. Might be somewhat different on other versions.

i've had a quick look at the save (don't really have a lot of time at the moment) but from a quick look the issue is you're using 81 tiles. you've spread your zones far a part from each other and you don't have anywhere near enough crematoria to cover the spread out zones. the game say you have enough capacity but using 81 tiles means that you need more than you would with the default 9 tiles. healthcare/deathcare is a citywide service so a crematorium can and will send a hearse from one side of your city to the other, that's just how the game works. theoretically the game could send a hearse with it's 10 coffin capacity back and forth from one side of the map to other 5 times before being full. the game was designed with 9 tiles in mind where this system works fine, it does not work well with 81 tiles so you have to increase the number of service buildings to compensate for far exceeding the number of tiles that the game was designed to use.

Meta is right but its really just taking a negative phenomenon (the death wave) and making it worse. If you don't get Lifecycle Rebalance you'll still have the same problem on a smaller scale.
