Events wrong

Adding to the earlier discussion of how many points between slider extremes (10 positions with 9 moves) please note that events do seem to be wrong often saying one is at "9" when you know you are at full.

I just got Operation Zet and had Hawk slider one from max. Giving assistance to China moves that 1 towards Hawk. Event claimed I was at "8". But after doing it I am at "10" (full Hawk).

It appears (best I can recall) in all cases the position which event states you are at needs adding one to fit what you actually at.

AFAIR scale goes from 0 to 9, not 1 to 10

AoD changed it to 1 to 10, but not the translation into what is displayed to the player.

Commander, I appreciate that you also see this as a source of confusion.

Relatively minor, only negative effect is to be misleading to players editing events.
The Slider Moving event displays the starting position of the slider using the range 9 to 0 (note that I have only tested moving from the two extreme ends of the slider), but the correct starting position of the slider is now in the range 10 to 1.
