A couple of question: is it possible to design an event turning a bishopric in a repubblic?

Currently you cannot change form of government at all, so no.

If you could change form of government, then yes.

Exact day --> Impossible.
Exact year --> Theoretically possible, but unreliable.
Within a set ten year timeframe --> Very much possible.

Will there be a chance to see a command that allows italian bishopric to turn into bishopric introduce into the game?
It would be real fun to see the wars between Lombard League and Emperator and the war for the investitures between the Pope and the Empire.

On the last event can you make an example? I still miss an exhaustive guide for CK events on EUII style!!

I assume you mean bishopric turn into republic or vice versa.

Perhaps, perhaps not.

Look into CK Wiki for simple guide to reading CK events and "event effects" txt file in Events folder for detailed explanation what each event condition and effect does.
