At this point, everyone must know or have heard about the Orthodox event not triggering. It was a consequence of moving that from tri-yearly to bi-yearly pulse, AND having tons of events in bi-yearly already.
This is also why, when you get huge, you don't see many of those events, and why, when you start small, you see them more frequently.
This is counterintuitive.
The bigger your country is, the more troublesome to manage it should be.
I propose changing it to be a queue of "administrative" tasks, rather than just events. Besides adding more immersion to the game, it would also prevent having issues like the one with the Orthodox religion.
