Event response text for encountering WW2 civ

When you run into a proto-civilization that is in a World War 2 analogue, or Earth embroiled in World War 2, it's great. But there's just something...off about the only possible response to the event being "Interesting."

I'm thinking it should be more along the lines of "These aliens must have hearts of iron!"
