Funny how I rarelly have those problems. Half my quality courtiers are homebred (well actually 99% are, but half belong to the dinasty), so I just arrange marriages between top members of my dinasty and less related (they are still distant cousins in most cases) quality courtiers.
In my current game I think I have decided to breed three such outside families (two in my own court and one at the king-stepmother's (the king-halfbrother is heir apparent so all will end up one happy reunited court eventually (well chances are at least high that that courtier family will end up there too due to the family ties))).
I recall how back in october I always had to complain about the overcrowded courts (wonderfull how you can now send the 0/0/0/1/9/9 45 year old female courtiers (who with those stats have no use whatosever (except maybe to be married to someone who is not supposed to have any children but become your vassal (like my silly current king whom I married off to a healthy 55 year old when he was za teenager (hoping she'd last him a while and tehrefore that he would get no children (still no idea how the bugger got rid of her, probably poison, luckily his second (very young and fertile, but not too bright) wife only bore him 4 daughters (I had to change my laws to salic though lest my main rival inherit everything)))))) (gads that must be a new record for my parenthisis mania, lucky I'm no programmer).
Anyhow, that last rambling paragrah was supposed to note that with our dinasties we can already breed scores of quality courtiers and vassals. While the occasional marriage event would be nice, it's not really necessary (and I don't really have a use for a 15/15/15/15/9/9 courtier in my dinasty, the 15/15/7/7/9/9 type is good enough for me (alongside his 7/15/15/7/9/9 and 7/15/7/15/9/9 siblings of course
