1. An example. First event gives +4RR for some provinces. After some years another event cancels that in option_a. Again after some further years another event has option to cancel the effects. Is it cumulative? In that case some provinces would get -4RR until the end of the game. Or maybe RR cannot drop below 0? I admit that second option will make easier scripiting events to me.

2. If event is lacking startdate/deathdate section it needs to be triggered otherwise will never fire. Is it true?

1. Specific provinces can't go below 0 revoltrisk bonus.
2. I believe it will rather trigger at any time the conditions (triggers) are met, but I'm not sure.
