The only help I can give you is to look in your event folder:

Program Files\Strategy first\Hearts of Iron\db\events


I don't know if there is something on the forum... try the FAQ maybe.

Did you look through the HoI Modifications and Scenarios forum? They may have them there, but I dont know.
