I hope Austria will gain Magyar culture ONLY in 1867 through an event's A option (historical) when Austria converts to Austria-Hungary!

Just replied to your email. I can open it, but when extracting it it reports CRC errors. I am using powerarchiver to open the ace file which might be the problem (even though its been fine before).

Is it possible to make an event that occurs every year on a certain date? The reason I ask is I want to make an event for Bavaria that works like this:
Oktoberfest Event
October 12, 1810, crown prince Ludwig of Bavaria (who was to be King Ludwig I) married princess Therese of Saxon-Hildburghausen.
You would get a choice of holding the Oktoberfest or not.
If yes every year from 1810 forward on a date in late September, Bavaria gets -2 stability for one month due to the drunken mobs running amuck in your capital city. On the second week in October you get the stability returned and +100d to represent the money these drunks spent.
If no something else will happen that I have yet to figure out. Maybe bad relations with Saxony but something else that is good.
How can this be done if at all?

Mali won't be there, I haven't removed the tag yet. However we have other nice nations there, the Fulani Jihad Islamic states of Futa Djalon, Futa Toro, Khasso and Massina and the pagan nations of Kaarta (with Timbuktu) and Ashanti.
Haiti owns Les Cayes and Tortuga.
