Event Descriptions ?

I've always wondered , where are the actual texts that make up things like "EVT_7700_NAME" that are shortcutted in the event files ?

The reason I ask is because I want to make some events of my own by scratch , but keywords trigger script actions in the descriptions or title that bugs out the event . Therefore , I'd like ot know how to shortcut descriptions and names like that just like the paradox style does . Any help ?

thanks very much ! This will make large descriptions and custom events so much easier !

EDIT: p.s. is there any particular format that I need to be worried about when inputting new descriptions etc . i see lots of different languages and I can't seem to particularly figure out how many words belong in each cell and what's up with all the semi colons at the end ?
