How do I make the the event trigger that gives sweden baltic or other culture??

I didn't know Sweden could get Baltic culture. What event does this? Something with the breakup of the Teutonic Order?

I think its something about Teutonic Order bla bla and prussia has to exist, im not sure though thats why I ask, and jaya no your help is useless but appreciated.

There is no event that grants Sweden Baltic culture. That is, in the latest patch, in vanila eu2. You can, however, have Baltic culture at the start of the 1700 scenario. Baltic culture exists in only one province, anyway. In these provinces, all you will get, are cores.
