Event 93 - Denmark conceding to Germany.
Option B (1% chance, but also obviously selectable if the player chooses to be Denmark) does NOT sleep event 6193 (German annexation of Denmark). Therefore as soon as Denmark loses Kolding, it will be annexed, no matter what it chooses (so player cannot base his plans around holding in Copenhagen for example).
The # in front of the command should be removed.
