Pec is in Kosovo. It used to be seat of serbian orthodox church. I think they moved seat of patriarchy to belgrade first around 1650.

I also looked up what the event was supposed to be in the events file for Turkey after I posted my message last night. =) That is a fine way to discover what an event is supposed to be if anyone runs into any more of these annoyances and can't be bothered to wait.

(I couldn't... it was around 1:30am here and I needed to PLAY for another hour... not chat on a message board! Heck, I knew the wife would still expect me to get up and do my duties as per usual this morning, so it'd have to be WELL worth it if I was going to stay up to 2:30am... which it was!!!)
