To quote Myriad from the thread "Initiative and Range Chevrons" on theSteam forums "I don't have an account on Paradox's forum, apparantly, since I tried to log in recently. Otherwise I'd already have mentioned this, and I don't have it in me to come up with another username atm. I can't remember who I set one up for, for this game a few months ago.
Either way, am I the only one who finds the Range Chevrons on the sides of the Mechs you target hard to see? They're a pale orange colour. Especially hard to see in deserts and any other map environment thats brownish/orange, which is a lot of them. Also the Initiative Chevrons at the top of the screen... when they're darkend out it's super hard to see them.
I find myself panning around the screen trying to find a background where I can actually see these. The white Evasive Chevrons are fine. But these other two are a pain to quickly identify."

I think that some visibility options on these might be useful, size increase? Choice of color? Checkered patterns? Don't ask me I'm not a UI guy but it seems like this could be a QOL feature for people with smaller screens etc.
